To commemorate 10 years of partnership between CLC and Temasek Foundation on the Temasek Foundation Leaders in Urban Governance Programme (TFLUGP), a publication was jointly produced which captured success stories from 10 alumni cities over the years. This publication hope to inspire readers through the showcasing of the positive outcomes of the TFLUGP in inspiring alumni cities in translating plans to actions upon their learnings of the Singapore’s experience and guiding principles in developing the city over the past 50 plus years through the Singapore Liveability Framework
