It also explores key enablers that support the effectiveness of each city’s housing strategy—from financing models and institutional frameworks, to policies tailored for specific target groups.

This joint publication between the Centre for Liveable Cities and Urban Innovation Vienna is the culmination of a key deliverable of the Research Memorandum of Understanding signed between both agencies in June 2023.
