“The differentiation that one space was relaxing and another was for working is being removed from our daily lives.” 

The community and the government need a new relationship of trust so that everyone can be an ‘investor in the future’, says Professor Marilyn Taylor. She uses the rejuvenation of Denver Union Station as an example of how this can be achieved through experiments to build a common ground.
