CLC at the Urban Index of Shenzhen Forum

At the 10th Shenzhen Urban Index Forum, held as part of the 10th Shenzhen-Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/Architechture, CLC’s Executive Director Hugh Lim delivered Opening Remarks to about 200 participants.
Hugh emphasised the importance of frameworks such as the newly launched Shenzhen Urban Index and Singapore’s Liveability Framework as a good basis for cities to cross-share knowledge and benchmark progress, thus building a global knowledge base for urban innovation.
