Furthering Action on Climate Resilience: Highlights from SPARKS Module 2
Building on the momentum of SPARKS Module 1 in 2024, CLC welcomed 18 senior officials from 10 Pacific Island Forum (PIF) member states to Singapore for the second instalment of the “Towards Climate Resilience & Urban Sustainability” programme held from 19 to 23 May 2025. The programme deepened regional collaboration and practical understanding through thematic deep dives, learning journeys, and action planning, bringing the PIF States one step closer to turning climate resilience strategies into reality.

Exploring Urban Liveability at the 3rd G-NETS Meeting and beyond in Tokyo
Executive Director Hugh Lim led a delegation from CLC in an exploratory research study trip to Tokyo in May. The delegation represented Singapore at the 3rd Global City Network for Sustainability (G-NETS) Meeting and also engaged with Tokyo urban experts on the topic of the Future of Urban Liveability through a series of meetings and site visits.

Urban Solutions #25 | Carbon-Sensitive and Socially-Driven Transformation: Quay Quarter Tower
Sydney’s Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) is an adaptive reuse project of an existing underused 50-year-old high rise building - the 1976 AMP Centre.
