CLC at Bilbao Metropoli 30

CLC’s Executive Director, Hugh Lim, spoke remotely to an international audience at Bilbao Metropoli 30’s international congress.
Bilbao Metropoli 30 is a non-profit think-tank working with the Bilbao City Council; the congress, held in a hybrid format, centred around “Inspiring a revolution on urban innovation”.
Hugh shared on the importance of an urban revolution in innovation and Singapore’s initiatives in this area.
